ARDENS WRLD is a Lagos-based streetwear brand. We operate this website to sell limited-drop clothing directly to our customers. When you place an order or sign up to our newsletter, you are dealing directly with ARDENS WRLD.

We only collect what is strictly necessary to fulfil your order or keep you informed about drops.

• Order data: full name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and state — provided by you at checkout.
• Payment data: we do not store card details. Paystack processes card payments directly on their secure platform; we only receive a confirmation reference.
• Newsletter data: email address only, if you voluntarily sign up.
• Technical data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type) collected automatically by our hosting provider. We do not actively use this data.

• To process and fulfil your order — confirming availability, arranging delivery and sending your tracking number via WhatsApp.
• To contact you if there is an issue with your order (wrong item, delivery problem, etc.).
• To send drop announcements and early-access alerts, only if you signed up to the newsletter.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

We share your data only where necessary to complete your order:

• Delivery partners — your name and delivery address may be shared with our chosen courier to ship your order.
• Paystack — your email and order amount, to process online payments. Paystack is PCI-DSS compliant.
• Firebase (Google) — your order details are stored in Google Firebase Firestore, hosted on secure Google Cloud infrastructure.

Order records (name, address, items purchased) are retained for up to 2 years for accounting and dispute resolution purposes, then deleted. Newsletter subscribers remain on the list until they unsubscribe. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
